These beans come from the Chiapas region of Mexico which is right on the border of Guatemala's Huehuetenango region.  This is a mild and medium coffee that has the fruity and nutty flavor notes with some hints of clove and earthiness. These beans have a medium acidity and the aroma is delicate and fresh.
