Ethiopia is the supposed birthplace of coffee! These beans are roasted to a full French roast to produce a cup with a strong and slightly sweet flavor. Ethiopian coffee has a very distinct acidity that is  combined with floral notes and fragrant aromas.  This is a wonderful coffee that is very pleasing to the pallet.
